HOW TO: Twist Out

HOW TO: Twist Out
(This is a natural style)

What You Need:
-wet hair
-leave in conditioner
-wide tooth comb
-blow dryer (optional)

How To:
-First you should start off with co-washed hair. (The tutorial for this is already up.)
-with the wet hair add your leave in conditioner. Make you hair moist.
- part your hair into at least four parts.
- moisturize each part until wet/very damp
-three strand twist each part. If you do not know how there are plenty of videos online and I will do a very tiny tutorial on it.
- three strand twist every part
- you can let the twist dry over night or you can blow dry them.
-when they are dry carefully take the twist apart. You will not leave the curls like they are when you pull apart the twist.
-now take the new curls and pull them apart how they go naturally, do not force it!
- now you can use a pick to disperse the hair. And part it however you like. MAKE SURE NOT TO FRIZ THE CURLS OR MESS THEM UP!

VILA YOU ARE DONE!
HOW TO PRESERVE OVER NIGHT:
-Pull you hair to the very front of your head or however far it can go.
   - USE A VERY LOOSE HAIR TIE. (WE DO NOT WANT A DENT)

-Use a satin sleeping cap to cover your hair and also protect your hair if you have cotton sheets.

HOW TO: Co-Wash

HOW TO: Co-Wash

What You Need:
-Water/Shower
-Conditioner
- Wide tooth comb

How To:
-part your hair in at least four parts
-try to wet one part at a time but, if you can’t that’s fine.
-now get a good amount of conditioner and spread it all through the parted piece of hair.
- with the conditioner still on the piece use the wide tooth comb to untangle the hair.
- repeat this through all of the parted pieces of hair until done.
-wash out your hair and make sure you are still able to comb through it.
-STOP  do not use a towel to dry your hair use a t-shirt. (towels rip the nutrients from your hair.)

Now you can style your hair however you choose and VILA you have co-washed.
